Lunchbox
Concerts
Since 1993, the Lunchbox Concerts have been held
at the Oregon Square Courtyard throughout the summer.
Beginning June 16th, concerts will again be held
each Wednesday from 12 noon to 1pm, and offer a
wide range of musical talent. Bring your brown
bag lunch or purchase food items prepared by Doubletree
catering. See the schedule at right. |

Fair

with the 2010 Sustainability Fair, to be held
at Oregon Square Courtyard on Wednesday, June
30th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Be sure

about recycling and other “green” practices

Amenities - Conference Rooms
Lloyd
Center Tower has two conference rooms available
for use by tenants for their business-related
meetings. They are located on the
second floor of the building, off the skybridge. The
Irvington Room seats 22 and the Multnomah
Room seats 18. The wall can be opened
between the rooms, for a combined seating
of 40. To check on the availability
of these rooms or to make a reservation
to use the rooms, please call Linda Harvey
at the main Ashforth phone number, 503.233.4048.
Free
Massage!
On
select Wednesdays, East West College will offer
free chair massages during the Lunchbox Concerts
at Oregon Square Courtyard. Look for them on these
dates: June 30th, July 7th, August 4th and August
18th.

Yoga Classes!
Ashforth Pacific continues to offer Wednesday
evening yoga classes at the same location - 830 Oregon
Square, Suite 40 (830 NE Holladay Street – basement
level). Beginning July 21st and oontinuing throughout the
summer, classes will be held under the Pavilion in the
Oregon Square Courtyard. Classes will continue at no charge,
and are open to all tenants of Ashforth properties. Please
provide your own yoga mat. For additional information,

Red
Cross Blood Drive
Ashforth
Pacific conducts regular blood drives throughout
the year. The last drive, held on April 1st, resulted
in the collection of 14 pints of blood. Despite
the advances of modern medicine, without blood
donors, many people would not survive. We appreciate
your participation. You will be notified of future
blood drives via email, or check the Red Cross
website. www.redcross.org
Weight
Watchers-at-Work - Open Enrollment
If
you are interested in participating in the Weight
Watchers-at-Work program, you may observe a Weight
Watchers session at no charge. This is an ongoing
program, subject to the minimum number of participants.
Location: Lloyd Center Tower (14th floor – St.
Johns Conference Room)
